European Council
The European Council is a committee featuring representatives from all European nations, whether members of the European Union or not. It seeks to enhance cooperation across the continent based on shared democratic values, respect for human rights, and the rule of law. By providing a platform for dialogue between diverse political, economic, and cultural systems, the European Council works to promote stability, peace, and unity throughout Europe.
The Council addresses a wide range of issues including regional security, economic cooperation, migration, environmental policy, and the protection of democratic institutions. It also plays an important role in fostering collaboration during times of crisis and encouraging long-term strategic planning among European states. Through diplomacy, negotiation, and consensus-building, the European Council aims to strengthen relationships between nations and contribute to a more cohesive, resilient, and cooperative Europe.
